Making Burgers.

2x courgette

1x onion

1x sweet pepper

1x shii-take

  • grate courgette
  • chop up onion, pepper, shii-take
  • salt courgette and let drain (+/- 1h)
  • lightly fry onion, pepper, shii-take with spices an herbs, maybe some fresh garlic
  • mix together (everything) and add gram flour to make sticky
  • drop spoonful in frying pan and bake for ~5 min

eat (with optional ketchup)
